Melinda Hill

Executive Director

Ms. Hill is a proud Warren County native. She graduated from Union University with an undergraduate degree in accounting. She went on to receive her Master of Business Administration from Western Kentucky University.

Ms. Hill has extensive leadership experience and many skills that will suit her well as she transitions to serve as the Executive Director for CASA of South Central Kentucky. Ms. Hill’s leadership experience began early in her life as she held the office of Kentucky State President of the Future Business Leaders of America during her time at Warren East High School. This leadership fostered in her adolescence has only grown as she has served in various leadership roles.

Lindsay Partridge

Advocate Coordinator / Trainer

Lindsay is a native of Grand Rapids, Michigan. She received her Bachelor’s of Science in Criminal Justice from Ferris State University in 2011 where she graduated with honors. As a native Texan, I graduated from Wayland Baptist University with a degree in Finance/Money & Banking. My family relocated to Bowling Green in 1993. Since that time I have served countless non-profits and ministries. As a licensed and ordained minister, I continue to serve recovery homes and enjoy prison ministry.
